Our process
A straightforward 4A steps process will be followed for any work of consultancy and advice we create.
Assess
Using the business vision and goals as starting points, we will propose and lead, if necessary, the key needed actions to understand the current situation and use is startline for the project. Usually the assessment phase consists in administration of a survey to collect valuable insights about situation at hand, organize one-to-one interviews with the instrumental people, curate the existing relevant data and history such as research and market data about, looping back with briefing sessions with the project sponsor. Create the Project Charter and align it with all key stakeholders.
Analyze
Using benchmarks and experience, data analysis and interpretation is critical for the efficiency of the key project deliverables and understanding of the challenges. Depending on the need, the assessment report may tackle one or all vectors, from Competition, Customer, Brand positionning, Target Segmentation, Marketing approach to internal processes and capabilities, along with human resources aspects or people engagement After the analyze phase the Project Charter may be revisited and locked while continuing the key stakeholders engagement.
Action
Generate an integrated recommendation that will deliver business objectives as per the Project Charter. It can include but not limited to new business models, digital or processes transformation, marketing strategies, Customer relationship programs, product or territorial expansions, Employees Engagement programs, Partners relationship management. The recommendation will include needed resources, time-frames. Engage the project manager, leadership representatives, management, founders around to enforce changes are all critical to ensuring the businesss growth and implementation is key
After-Action
In case that implementation is executed by the client themselves, we will provide the KPI dashboard, and a monitoring and tracking system, quantitative and qualitative, to allow the project tracking at any moment and keep the execution team accountable. A learning and best practice template will be also provided to be completed at the end of the execution phase. In the case that we are supervising the execution, GM&Co team can build the after action reports and documentation.
